Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy ensures a transparent, ethical, and fair refund process for services offered by ExportBazaar, an initiative by Elafranz Exports Pvt Ltd.
Scope
Covers all payments made for courses, training programs, consultation, bundled services, service charges, study materials, and support packages purchased via exportbazaar.co.in.
Core Principles
- Refunds are processed with fairness and clarity.
- Applicable equally for all customers, including international clients.
- Policy is publicly available and communicated at time of purchase.
Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be refused if:
- You fail to attend without prior notice (no-show post start)
- You violate ExportBazaar's policies or misrepresent identity
Deductions & Charges
The company may deduct reasonable amounts before issuing a refund, including:
- Taxes (GST, service tax, etc.) applicable on the original fee
- Administrative fees (maximum ₹3,000 or 10% of the fee)
- Cost of materials/fees already consumed (e.g., initial sessions, study kits)
- Payment gateway or bank charges incurred during payment processing
A refund calculation statement will be shared showing all deductions transparently.
How to Request a Refund
Submit your refund request via:
- Email to support@exportbazaar.co.in
- Written letter to our registered office (address available on Contact Us page)
Include:
- Invoice or receipt
- Your bank details (Account name, number, bank, branch, IFSC)
- Reason for cancellation
ExportBazaar representative may request proof of identity or payment as needed.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds processed within 10 working days from approval notification.
If processing is delayed, lawful interest (@12% simple rate annually) will apply on refundable amount from day 11 until processed.
Refund will be issued via NEFT/RTGS or bank cheque, as per your preference.
International or Foreign Payments
For clients outside India:
- Refund will consider currency conversion charges and fall in exchange rate, if applicable.
- Resulting refund amount may differ from original value due to these deductions.
Review Process
If you're unhappy with a refund decision:
- Request a review from the Director or Accounts Team.
- If unsatisfied, escalate to the Finance Head of Elafranz Exports Pvt Ltd.
- You retain the right to approach forums under the Consumer Protection Act, India.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items/services are non-refundable:
- Account Management Services, USA LLC setup, GST/IEC services once delivered
- Virtual Account Manager packages once operational
- Paid training batches where you attended > 1 session
Changes to This Policy
ExportBazaar reserves the right to revise this policy at any time.
Changes become effective immediately on posting to the website; fee payment implies acceptance of the current version.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by Indian laws.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
