Online payments are processed by ExportBazaar via secure third-party gateways.
- You confirm you are authorized to use the card or payment method.
- Payment confirmation (email/SMS) will be sent upon successful transaction.
- We are not responsible for declined transactions due to user-entered errors or issues with your card issuer.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees. Any currency conversion fees are borne by you.
- Changes to the payment terms may be made at any time and take effect immediately.
3. Registration & Contact Information
To register for services, you must provide accurate personal information such as name, contact number, and email.
You agree that we may use this information for communication regarding enrollment, payments, and service updates.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Training fees and service charges are due at the time of booking.
We offer a Free Intro Session with no obligation.
Refund policies apply as per individual training/program terms (to be provided in invoice or registration documents).
5. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
All training materials, videos, templates, and resources shared by ExportBazaar remain our property.
You may use these for personal learning only and not distribute or resell.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of our resources is prohibited.
6. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or offensive.
You must not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the functionality of our website or services.
7. Limitation of Liability
